The owner of this website is a plaintiff in two lawsuits stemming from contamination created and distributed at Manufactured Gas Plants formerly located along San Francisco’s northern waterfront [California Northern District Court: Case # 3:14-cv-04393-WHO and Case # 3:20-cv-04629-WHO]. Broad environmental claims in the lawsuits allege PG&E violated the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and related California laws. As is his right under the First Amendment, the owner produced this website out of concern for the environment and to provide information to people who may be interested.
